MSP - General Product Informations
MSP Molecular Science Product
MTC Metal Treatment Concentrat
Important:
1. MSP products are designed for the treatment of metal surfaces.
2. The base of MSP is pure petroleum; the 7 molecules contained within have been arranged in specific positions relative to each other through various developmental stages, influencing their interaction with one another. Copies are unlikely due to the formula demanding extensive time and know-how.
3. MSP requires heat for optimal effectiveness! This should be noted during tests using the Cross-Axis Friction Machine (CAFT machine) as well as various applications (such as chains for cranes, forklifts, or automatic gates).
4. Existing impurities and deposits are dissolved by MSP.
5. Use of MSP in vehicle engines:
- Sulfur reduction in fuels: Reduced sulfur content leads to less lubrication, resulting in higher fuel consumption! The addition of MSP GDFC fuel additive facilitates better breakdown of diesel and gasoline molecules, promoting improved combustion (reduced smoke emissions or higher efficiency, resulting in savings!), and dissolves carbon deposits in the combustion chamber caused by unburned fuels. Cylinder heads, injectors, and all gasoline lines will remain particularly clean and free of deposits with the use of MSP GDFC (regular filter changes are important!).
Effects of MSP:
- Reduces heat
- Reduces vibrations
- Increases efficiency
- Extends maintenance intervals
- Reduces wear through surface hardening of metal surfaces
- Reduces emissions
Explanation of how MSP Metal Protection Concentrate provides protective effects on rubbing metal surfaces
MSP has 2 main properties:
- Treatment of metal surfaces against wear
- Destruction of contaminants
- Matter consists of elements > Elements consist of molecules > Molecules consist of atoms > Atoms consist of > Protons, Neutrons, and Electrons
- Protons are positively charged particles > Neutrons are neither positive nor negative > Electrons are negatively charged particles
First MSP Property:
1. When a system or machine is at rest or not in use, the atoms on the metallic friction surface are at rest or their atomic structure is neutral. ELECTROSTATICS means – static electricity (but potential energy), indicating that the number of protons and electrons in an atomic structure is equal.
2. During the operation of a machine or system, heat is generated due to friction. Heat and pressure destroy the atomic structure, leading to IONIZATION; thus, electrostatic charge is generated. (An atom is said to be IONIZED when it gains or loses one or more electrons. Friction builds up a negative electrostatic charge.)
3. MSP operates on the principle of magnetism. As a molecular product with a positive charge, it is attracted by the negatively charged molecules of rubbing metal surfaces. As MSP molecules bond with the negatively charged crystal structure of the metal surface, a chemical or nuclear change of the metal surface occurs in the form of a simultaneous metallurgical process. (Through rearrangement of the atoms of the original material, new materials are formed.)
4. During the metallurgical process, a thin layer of a new material forms, covering the original metal surface and smoothing out the hills and valleys. The newly formed, polished-looking micro-metal layer is extremely resistant to wear and lasts at least 100 times longer. (There are several types of material changes: 1. Physical; 2. Chemical; and 3. Nuclear. A nuclear change is similar to a chemical change, as a new substance with new properties is formed.)
Second MSP Property:
MSP removes and neutralizes pollutants such as carbon, sludge, rust, moisture from water, paints, rubber, or other contaminants covering the metal surfaces and cleans the interior of engines or machines. MSP MTC (Metal Treatment Concentrate) is the most advanced and sophisticated form of metal treatment for motor oils and other lubricants.
It provides ultimate lubrication support, covering all metallic surfaces with an IONIZED micro-layer of oil molecules and forming, through a metallurgical process, a hard, polished-looking micro-layer of a hard metal from the original metal, which withstands high wear, extreme pressure, and exceptionally high temperatures.
Direct benefits of using MSP:
- Eliminates up to 95% of machine/equipment wear
- Reduces operating temperature and noise level
- Eliminates all deposits, keeping engines/systems completely clean internally
- Provides optimal performance even under severe operating conditions such as dust, dirt, and moisture
- Reduces maintenance costs by up to 65%
- Rebuilds compression in engines
- Contributes to a 90% reduction in pollutant emissions
- Extends oil change intervals and oil filter lifespan by 4-7 times
- Reduces fuel and oil consumption
- Offers the same benefits when used in transmissions, servos, differentials, etc.
- Protects machines and engines across a wide temperature range
- Protects engines and machines for a long time even in case of complete oil or coolant loss
